I’m Nora — a travel obsessed, garden enthusiast, boy-mom and outgoing introvert.
I believe my creative journey began long before I knew to call it that ~ in the garden with my mother and in the printshop with my father. I learned early to value beauty and craft.
I went on to study photography in Paris at SPÉOS and later art direction at Central Saint Martins in London. These were formative years that sharpened my eye and shaped how I see the world. While attending the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), I interned with Vera Wang in New York City, absorbing the precision and refinement behind modern bridal design.
After moving to San Francisco, I pursued work in design and local clothing production before joining the team at Rose & Radish in Hayes Valley. There, I wasn’t only designing with flowers ~ I curated dinnerware, glassware, and flatware for engaged couples, thinking deeply about how shared rituals and meaningful objects shape the beginning of a life together.
For nearly two decades, I’ve served as Creative Director of Scribe Winery in Sonoma, helping shape a hospitality experience rooted in storytelling, aesthetics, and a true sense of place. In early 2025, I founded Carte Blanche, a creative concierge studio specializing in bespoke honeymoon and couples travel.
It is a natural evolution of everything that came before. Together, we design the first chapter of a couple’s life, curating journeys that feel as personal as they are beautiful.
When I step away from my desk, I’m with my husband and our son exploring Northern California, where we call home ~ or traveling the world, slowly checking off bucket-list destinations.
I can’t wait to get to know you,
Nora
